Re:Discovery Application

Applicants wishing to apply for the Re:Discovery storage plan must complete the following form, providing a brief description of the infrastructure of their cultural heritage institution. Upon submission, the application will be assessed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota Foundation (SHSNDF). If approved, the applicant will receive a Unit-Price Contract from the SHSNDF indicating the next steps in gaining membership to the Re:Discovery storage plan. If denied, the applicant will be informed on the reasons for denial.
